During the Games, it would house 6,000 temporary seats, five Olympic-size curling ice sheets, and space for media and administration.
$30 million ($19.4 million US) towards construction of the Vancouver athletes' village to be constructed in Southeast False Creek, including non-market and market housing and commercial development which will be sold or leased to the public after the Games.
